I went on line 10/20/08 to enroll my son in behind the wheel training class. I paid the fee on line using my atm card. I received a confirmation and everything was good. 3 month later I called the company to let them know that my son could no longer attend due to medical reasons. (he has a tumor on his pituitary). Because of the treatment he is undergoing he will not be able to drive until his Dr. Releases him. I have requested a refund by phone and via email. as of today, I have not received a call, email or a check. every time I call, a very rude man (the same man answers everytime) and refuses to transfer my call or even provide me with a contact name or number to anyone who can help me.. His reply is "I'll pass the information along". almost a year later, I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have also emailed Ron Moore, whom I found out though the Internet is the office manager. He also has not replied back to my request nor called me to resolve. I have asked for the rude mans name who answers the phone, and he yelled at me and hung up the phone. all's I wont is my money back. because I paid using my atm, I can not dispute.
