We've had a TERRIBLE experience with the Rush and canceling our contract. When we signed up we were told that we could cancel our contract free of charge if we moved more than 30 miles from the gym. As long as we provided a utility bill, a lease agreement, or proof of employment in our new location - we could get out of the contract. We've now lived out of state for 3 months, provided both a lease agreement and paystubs with checks to show employment in our new location and the Rush refuses to cancel our contract. Corporate will not let us speak to a manager and threatens to send our account to collections if we don't pay! Be aware - this company is out to scam you!!!
