We had Oscar, The Rooter Drain Expert, out about a month ago because we had a clogged sink. He cleared it quickly enough, but we asked him to fix the problem because we had chronic stoppages. Fortunately all the line that needed replacing was in the crawlspace, so we ordered up a new drain line from the kitchen. We told them to skip the rest of the drain line. We were due to kill off the roots from an invasive tree.
Unfortunately, our home-remedy treatment finally quit working, and Oscar and his crew came out again--friendly smile again, courteous attitude again, helpful explanations again, clean uniforms again. They had an extensive job before them to clear our main drain: the roots had clogged the drain pipes and broken them. The Rooter Drain Experts replaced it with a liner. They did the right way. The city building inspector was pleased with their work and signed off after a careful inspection.
When Oscar left, the hole they had to dig was completely repaired, the new concrete smoothed the way the city wants, and the tools and trash were hauled away. Our house is ready for holiday parties with no worries about stopped up drains. Thank you for your fast response to our needs and your speedy, competent work. Good job!
