The quality of the product seems to so far be great. The people that we dealt with on the other hand were less than great. The were not easy to reach over the phone and when we finally did they were unable to answer our questions and did not return our phone calls. We had to keep calling and calling to finally get anywhere. Upon purchasing the cookware we did...we were to receive a free vacation to Mexico. The company who the travel is through is not returning phone calls and won't give us the trip we earned. So far the whole experience has not been pleasant. Beware what you are in for when you deal with this company.
