I just wanted to type this because I just had to let everyone know how EXCELLENT this whole process was under Paul Moffit and his assistant, Brittany. First, Paul didn't pressure me at all and kept me informed on the rates as they were faltering back and forth. He simply told me that whenever I wanted to lock the rate that he would do so. The "Other" guys tried to pressure me into giving them my credit card for an appraisal fee after talking to them for about 10 minutes. It was a much more relaxing experience going through this company and Paul especially. Next, everything was done over the Internet. They sent me forms via e-mail and then I'd print and re-scan them to attach to an e-mail to send them back to them. It felt very streamlined and productive compared to a conventional at a big bank. Paul locked me in at a 3.375% 15 year loan with minimal fees compared to the big banks. Next thing I knew the appraisal was scheduled and then the signing of the docs. We were done! Thanks again Mortgage Headquarters for the awesome service and non pressuring personnel!
I definitely will recommend these two to anyone who wants to re-finance or are in the market for a home.
