This is the worst management company on the planet. They will rent you a property and when you call to have things fixed they will start yelling and screaming at you for no reason at all and scare you into not calling them. They also will leave things unfixed for a very long time. If you do call them they will charge you for the problem even if it's a plumbing problem or a long standing issue with the house prior to you moving in. They also will take a large portion of your deposit for ridiculous charges that they make up. The company is full of terrible people. I honestly have never been treated worse by a company in my entire life. They manage you with fear and take advantage of renters.
If I were a property owner I would not want them renting my place. They have a bad reputation in the South Bay. Plus they don't relay information to the owners accurately. If I was a owner I would want plumbing issues resolved immediately so it doesn't cause long-term damage. They ignored plumbing issues in my place for months with dozens of calls into them which led to rot on the walls and tons of mold in the bedrooms which has made the place uninhabitable now and harmful for occupants.
