I wanted to take a moment to thank Eli Ochoa for her excellent service. I am delighted with all that she did to expedite my case, even though she was not assigned to my case. She was always available to answer my questions and provide me with excellent service. She definitely went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for all that she did. It’s people like her that make you want to recommend you business to others.
