I just finished buying my house in Pasadena, July 07. I know my credit was not perfect, but these guys walked me through the whole process. They showed me how to payoff specific bills to improve my credit just enough to get a better rate. They were refered to me by my friend and I'm glad I called them. They were up front and honest with all the fees, and I got a great interest rate compared to all other quotes I got. Great company :)
