Kodak Scanner

I received a gift of a Kodak scanner at Christmas 2012. It worked great for 3 weeks. Now it is past the deadline to return.I have been trying to get help now for 2 months from Factory Depot and Kodak. If you purchase from Factory Depot know that your purchase
is only good for 30 days. Kodak won't stand behind it as they no longer make the scanner. Probrably why Factory Depot has so many to sell. Buyer beware!!! I want to buy from a company that stands behind what they sell. If it is broken you have no recourse!!
