I am a landlord and was getting ready to replace the severely stained carpet in my rental house. After reading reviews here, I thought I might give Dirt Army a shot at cleaning it.
Gary made himself available to help me the same day, showed up when he said he would and was very professional and friendly. Though I was very skeptical about the stains, Gary was confident that he could help.
I couldn't believe the results -- the 4 year old nasty smelly carpet was completely stain and odor-free. And the price was really competitive for a three-bedroom house with two flights of carpeted stairs. He even left paper pathways and booties for everyone to use until the carpet dried.
Cleaning the carpet back to like-new condition cost a tiny fraction of what it would have been to replace it. I also have to say, dealing with someone with a happy, smiling face is worth its weight in gold.
