No Customer Service or Support
The course itself is simple. The problem is the business side. This "company" does not answer emails, or phone calls. If you purchase something, then change your mind, too bad. There is no way to cancel. There is no way to check your order and make changes. There is no one at the other end of the "contact us" links. There is no live chat. There is no email response. There is no human to speak to. Before signing up with any on-line course, try calling them first to make sure that there is someone at the other end of the phone number. We should have done that. In our experience - 2 emails and 2 voice mail messages over two days - no response. One star for having a functional website course. Zero stars for everything else.
