Rude Caucasian Rep answering phone and she needs Customer service training!! Kept over talking me. QUIT!!!!
I called this morning at 11:04 am to get answers for a medical bill. After being on hold for 7 minutes, a young lady answered the phone who was very rude. I didn't even have the energy this am to go back and forth with her. I was trying to get my physicians bill which is separate from my medical bill and Chippenham hospital told me to call this number. The rep kept over talking me and instead of trying to help me, she bypassed all of my questions because I couldn't locate an account number. If she doesn't want to work she should quit! They get so comfortable with their job that they don't want to help and think that they can talk to people any kind of way. I told her that she was rude because she would not let me get a word out! I wish I would have gotten her name but I am in Richmond, Va and I called at about 11am-11:07am on 01/15/2019. Lady, get a reality check, most people that call there don't know exactly who or where to get their bill from, we just want to pay it. You need to be more helpful and less rude. WOW. I hope I never have to deal with contacting them again. Nasty bxxxx! I wish I can rate no stars, not helpful at all but when a bill is delinquent they stalk you. Please work on customer service. You do not need to answer the phone or deal with people if you are going to be rude but work in billing, you're going to have to talk to people. Young Caucasian women get a job and get too comfortable with being rude and nasty.
