Problems with Taylor Morrison

I am currently having problems with Taylor Morrison homes. I would recommend not putting down a deposit if possible. They also told me I was pre-approved and also sent me a nice letter congratulating me on my loan approval, with conditions. They now are trying to keep my deposit because I can not meet the conditions. They are requesting documents that do not even exist.
