If you are doing a lot of business then I’m sure it’s difficult to make every single person happy, but there are people at Taycor giving it their best shot. About a year ago we worked on a deal (I sold the equipment & they financed it), and there were some road bumps. It must have been noted on the account because a few weeks ago I started receiving a string of phone calls and emails requesting contact to ensure a positive experience. I eventually connected with Michael Hong who worked with me to make sure all past issues were resolved and all parties involved satisfied.
The 5 star review isn’t for the first deal we did together, but I’d work with any company that employs people who are willing to bend over backwards to gain customer satisfaction... especially after the fact. I appreciated his flow of communication about the progression of the resolutions, but mostly the fact that he seemed genuinely concerned about my positive experience and the positive reputation of the company. I thought it was only fair to share my positive experience as vocally as others share their negative ones.
