I signed on with "Tax Relief ASAP" early September 2008 to assist with relief from the IRS. They charged my credit card a total of $10,000.00 in two payments of $ 5,000.00 each. I complied with all of their paper work....and Priority-mailed copies of needed documents to the IRS agent in Champaign, Ill. They were to have set up a payment plan with the above stated IRS agent, BUT - I was the one who actually spoke with the agent via the phone and set up the payment plan. Upon my request, "Tax Relief ASAP" has NOT proven to me what work they have completed on my behalf, and I have by three (3) phone calls asked them for at a partial refund of $ 8,500.00 back to my credit card. Complaints have been filed with the credit card company, but they have only received a notice of refusal to agree to partial refund. Today, I am filing a complaint with both the California and Illinois Attorney Generals offices against the company. I Beg anyone to not get trapped into messes such as this with this company. You have been fore warned!!
