The help I asked for, seem to make me do all of the work, and nothing was done on there part, why?

I started out using this service as all of you, as I got more involved it seem to me that all of the paperwork that had to be done was going to be done by me, which I had set up an account for the Tax Helpline to be paid every 2 weeks out of my pay check, they were asking for all these tax forms that I had no idea about, seemed almost like they thought that I was educated in tax reform or something, and they never did any work for me, I tried to get a refund, but was never able to connect with anyone, they owe me money that I could use somewhere else to get the help I need
