I heard an advertisement for Tax Help Line on the radio while I was in my car. I have tax issues and have been looking for someone to assist me, so I quickly dialed the number and sent the call from my cell phone so it would be stored and then hung up. I was terrified to start dealing with my tax issue and had been putting it off for a long time. I had no idea I would be beginning the process later that day. Thankfully, a Senior Intake Officer returned my missed call and the resolution of this mind-numbing and burdensome problem began. After taking some initial information over the phone, the SIO obtained an assessment from the IRS and FTB. Within 2 HOURS!! the SIO had passed my account up to an account executive who called me with the results of my assessment and a detailed strategy outlining how to attack and resolve all of my tax issues. They have a wide array of personnel and tax attorneys that have a tremendous amount of experience interacting with tax agencies. It seems like I won't have to deal with the IRS or the FTB at all! They are going to do everything for me. Both representatives from THL that I have dealt with have been incredibly accommodating, understanding, honest, efficient and pragmatic. Customer service seems to be very, very important to this business entity and I have benefited from that dynamic already. The fee schedule for their services rendered seems to be very reasonable, and, even better, the account executive set up a payment plan to fit my needs. IRS and state tax matters can be a nightmare, especially if you are delinquent in any way. If, as a taxpayer, you have any issues with federal and/or state tax agencies I highly recommend contacting Tax Help Line. I've been a client of theirs for approximately 24 hours, and their actions have already made me feel better about my tax issues and they have put me on the path to inner peace (with relation to my taxes).
