I am writing this review, because of the way one person treated me at Tano Jewelry.com I shop online quite a bit and don't buy from any site I don't know or was referred to. If I can't tell if a website is located in Timbuktu or in Dallas, I don't shop. If I call a websites customer service line and end up overseas, I am officially out. I hadn't heard of Tano Jewelry, but saw an Ad in back of OK Magazine last week and visited the site.
I called the customer service line to see it if was nothing more than a voicemail box and ending up speaking to a customer service rep named Amber. She was sweet and quelled my fears. I ordered a few headbands and they arrived in 3 days! I don't see shipping this quick on most sites I shop on. I loved everything I received. The jewelry bags were especially adorable.
