Because of dealing with the customer service representative at this company, I will not be buying another Hamilton Beach product. I bought a Hamilton Beach water dispenser a little less than a year ago from Target. Last month it quit working. I started out e-mailing customer service at Hamilton Beach to see if there was an easy fix or if I could get a replacement. Four e-mails and multiple calls later, I finally come in contact with an actual person. This person was with TTI. She was extremely rude and very defensive. I was told that they did not service faulty products, they do not provide replacement parts and they do not replace faulty dispensers. I was told that my only option was to send them the dispenser at my expense and if they detemined that there was a probelm, then they may issue a refund for the cost of the dispenser only. At this point, I was so taken aback by her tone and attitude, that I told her that I would rather just buy a different product and that it would not be a Hamilton Beach product. She actually told me that was fine and then hung up on me. I sent a complaint in this morning, but I don't expect a response. It was a very frustrating experience. If I could give zero stars, I would!
