scam company-deactivated my account and said I was operating two account

I had over 1300 points before they deactivated it. They just deactivated the account without notifying me. They said I was operating two accounts. I guess because me and my husband each has account with they. If SB doesn't allow two accounts in one address, why the hell they allowed me to register the account and allowed me to accumulate many points? I never fake my address or identity. They can prevent it simply before people try to register account with the same address, but they didn't. This was just ripped-off
