Helping people in Japan after the earthquake

I was reading the reviews of this company because I needed to buy some earthquake kits. So I got in touch with the owner of the company to ask about the complaints. What an amazing person. He explained that right after the disasters in Japan the two owners decided to concentrate their efforts on helping the victims in Japan by sending almost their entire inventory to Japan. They did this for free and donated everything they could. He said they knew that it might cost them their business but felt it was worth it.
They have since rebuilt the company and fill all the orders they had. They have also started a non-profit to help victims of disasters. So while I understand the complaints but thought it was important to these nice people regain the respect that is due.
