DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an expensive survival kit from this company on MARCH 22nd 2011. The web site implied that it would arrive in a few days. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 6 WEEKS! After almost a month of waiting I finally got through to their representative and he told me he was sorry and would send my order right away. I waited a week, but STILL NO ORDER. I called again, waited another week, STILL NO ORDER!. I called again last week and told them to cancel my order. Their representative said he would refund my money. ANOTHER WEEK HAS GONE BY, I still have not seen the charges reversed on my credit card.
