May 20, 2010, I purchased $3000 worth of gold coins from Superior Gold with a promised delivery date of less than 45 days. My cashier's check was acknowledged, however, we were told that due to "internal problems and layoffs" there would be a further delay into the latter part of August. With that date passing telephonically they guaranteed a delivery date of no later than Sept. 24, 2010. Now, knowing that I want a full refund, they refuse to even answer my phone calls or return any messages I leave. I filed a complaint with the FTC but they informed me that until they have a "sufficient number of complaints" they will take no action. How can this company still have a valid business license and still be in the business of selling air?
