I have been with this bank since 2004 and they never, ever did anything for me, except charging NSF fees any time they could, even on the $1.09 transaction with Red Box, they still return the payment and charge $36.00 NSF fees on top of that...after I filed a complaint with Federal Reserve Consumer Help, they returned some of the NSF fees and now they don't charge NSF fees for amount under $5 ...however, there shouldn't ba any NSF fees what so ever, because I never signed for account protection which is required by law in order for the bank to pay a transaction if there is not enough funds in the account. Sun Trust Bank is practicing dishonest business practice and it should be investigated by some government authority. The way the banks do business these days remainds me more of Tony Soprano and loansharking than a regular banking business...I don't know what to tell you, if you can find better bank do it, the worst one is ,as far as I know, only Bank Of America, now there you have a real problem...
