Although I have read multiple negative ratings about this company I have yet to have a negative experience with them...The interest is high but, I knew what I was getting into and had no choice...my payments are always on time but, the one month I had an issue I was able to put a payment on back of the loan which did cost 15.00...but was much better than paying my 400.00 payment and a late fee of 20.00...they gave me no hassle and were eager to help me. the only issue I do have is that my payments are due on the 12 and they are already calling me on the 13 which is quite annoying especially since there a a 10 day grace...but if you make your payment on time you wont have an issue with them.
