I have to agree with the other post and I wish I had done a bit more research than what I did. This company is a just like a scam, they are without a doubt, hard to reach for services but they continuously take your money without any problem. Right now, I've tried to cancel my account and have spoken to a couple of different individuals, but they are still taking my money. At first I did want a refund, but as another review pointed out, the chances of getting a refund are null and void. Right now I would just be happy if they cancel my account and quit taking my money.
