Agree with previous posters in that services are never given, you cannot get anyone on the phone, and they refuse to give a refund. I paid upfront fees and monthly fees for business tax services that I never received. Company is hard to reach and very slow to respond to any questions or complaints. They switch point of contact info for people you are supposed to be working with. They have never provided any tax services whatsoever and refuse to give a refund. The person I have manage to talk to a few times is Antonio Reed 818-721-4373.
