I have to say, I was genuinely satisfied with this company. I've used other moving companies a few times in the past and there was always something off about them. I was impressed with the first phone call. I responded to a voice mail I received from one of the girls there and she was so polite. And knowledgeable. If she couldn't answer one of my questions, she found the answer. Once I decided to move with them. I loved how punctual the movers were too. My appointment was from 8 to 10am and they got there at 8:45. My things were packed very tightly and I was reassured that my things were safe for the trip. When my belongings arrived at my new home, everything was still tightly packed and nothing was damaged. I was even contacted a few days after my delivery to make sure everything went well. It was overall a very positive experience. I think the only thing they could have done better was leaving a more detailed message. The initial message my rep left didn't tell me everything I wanted to know; or maybe that was the point.
