I have had to file against this company they gave me a price when we talked on the phone then they gave me a larger price after the items where loaded in the trailer then when the items got to my new house they wanted another $1000 to unload the items. I told them no so they took my goods to storage I filed a complaint and they brought the items to my house. Under the contract they were to put the items in the house but they unloaded them into the garage. One of the drivers took the blanket wrap from my furniture and damage was done to several items. I filled a claim and they only offered $400 for over $4000 for damage and missing items. I did agree to settle for the $400 with one of their employees and signed all paperwork that he had sent me and sent it to storage and relocation for payment almost a year ago. Owner David has yet to make payment for this damage. Next step is local court I guess since all damage was done in this state.
