I found their TV advertising to be no only misleading but down right false.
I ordered 2 set of bulbs that they advertised on TV as "buy one bulb at $10.00 and get the second free. Just pay freight".
I ordered two sets by the automated telephone answering system. You do not ever get to speak with a human being. This recording stated $20.00 for my light bulbs, plus freight (the automated system never told you what freight would be, nor did it ever give me a total to be charged to my credit card, nor an option to cancel the order or even a comfirmation order number).
I expected to be charged $20.00 for the bulbs and $13.98 for freight. Total of $ 33.98. My credit card was charged $63.98.
I called Stickup bulb and they admitted that they overcharged my credit card, but now the customer service rep I spoke with stated that the correct charge should be $53.98. This is not what their commercials advertise.
They have refused to credit my account for anything more than $10.00 (my credit should be for $30.00 if you believ what their commercial is advertising). They refused to pay for return freight.
I am currently disputing the charge on my credit card. I will have to see what, if anything, the credit card company can do.
Buyer beware! Your bill may not match what is advertised. Mine certainly was not.
