Extremely pathetic customer service, deplorable business ethics, very deceitful business practices, continual changes of TOUs to fit their emotional whims, blatantly lies to not only the psp customers/community but also the artists, has given the psp tubes market a black eye. would NOT recommend doing business with this company.
