THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
This company scams you out of your car by promising guaranteed payments, they will handle everything, they are hands on with their clients... BULL!
In a nutshell they breached their agreement multiple times by:
a) Payments were due on the 25th of each month and were late 3 out of 7 months.
b) The guaranteed payment was not made in one month.
c) The amount paid the month after to bring the account up to date was short paid substantially.
d) In addition to the above, the last straw was when the amount paid prior to having to repossess the vehicle was short paid by nearly $100.00.
They REFUSE to take any ownership of delinquency or any part of the situation although they make it so that you HAVE to speak to them and payments are flowing through their company. Where is the money going? Not the the right people. This simply was one of the worst experiences of my life and in my opinion, I have no idea how they stay in business.
On another note, I asked repeatedly to have an account review without avail in efforts to straighten out the situation. Nothing. I would receive text messages from the owners cell but NEVER an actual call. I have received nothing but lies from them and there was never transparency. BEWARE!
