I just wanted to send a thanks to Stein Diamonds for great service and a wonderful diamond ring! I wasn't too sure about buying such an expensive item sight unseen, but the 30 day guarantee and the BBB rating helped! I shopped quite a bit and did a lot of research on diamonds before the purchase. I found some places that were close perhaps on price and quality, but Stein Diamonds was the winner for sure. I ordered an Emerald cut diamond and found that the local chain jewelry stores didn't carry stones with a color rating better than J and not a clarity better than S1 for the same price (I got an F color and VS1 clarity). Others told me "it doesn't matter because the color isn't noticeable and the inclusions can't be seen with the naked eye", but a better quality stone always looks prettier and will always have more value. Besides, I wanted her to know that she was special and that I got a great diamond for her!
When I went to specialty jewelers I found comperable diamonds but the price was much higher. Actually the price at Stein Diamonds was the same as for a diamond several grades lower at other stores. So I got a great diamond (with GIA certificate) and a great price!
When she saw the ring she said WOW! and she was actually speechless!! It looks great and I am looking forward to looking at it (and her) for many years to come! I can honestly recommend Stein Diamonds to anyone!
