I purchased a new home in Corona,CA(Trenton Squire)from Standard Pacific Homes. I think all the comments that she wrote is absolutely true and even more in my experience. At first the salesperson, the customer care representative and superintendent will tread you like a King, but after all the escrow closed and JD Power survey is done, they treat you even worst than a 98 cents store. They are two faces unprofessional team. They work together to fooled the customer. They don't respond to the questions and service requested, top of that even with there own mistake they will blame to customer. I am a one of the victims, after all the lies I realised that Standard Pacific Homes don't care about their customer. Because they do know that how many times the home buyers would buy the house in their life with same builder. I just want to comment to buyers beware specially if you are foreigner. If your English is not perfect, believe me they're going to ignore you for sure.
