I disagree with the other complaint about this company you should protect the buyer because of scams and as a seller you know the risks of damaged collectibles if it was damaged the you should have insured it for both of your protection as per most selling website policies now days to prevent scams. I have used this site a lot over the past few years as a buyer and seller and have had a few issues with customers trying to list stuff that wasn't correct but the customer service was amazingly quick to help resolve the issues at no fault of the website. I think this is a great website for collectors trying to buy sell or trade at a lower fee then a lot of other used websites.
