My journey started a little over a year ago. I had a bad experience with a dentist, and reach out to Charles for advice. He responded right away and took my statement of events. As I told him what my experience was I felt like he was genuinely concerned about me. He was more concerned about how I was treated and Charles assured me that not only was I wronged, that he would do all he could to do to make it Right. After a year, I am happy to say that has law firm came thru, and I could not be more happier with results. Again thank you for all you did for me. I am certainly in a better place.
