I just spoke with a representative with SMC, Who tried desperatly to get my account number and promised me the world. He said there rating with BBB was a B- so as we were speaking i was looking them up with the BBB and to my surprise it showed a "F" rating and i said this to him and his response was
" So what- Wahts a rating anyways." So i hung up. And thanks to everyone who takes the time to comment it saved me alot of hard ache, Maybe if there are enough complaints we can put them out of business.
