I've been with SMC for about 6 mths. I have been in Sales/Mktg for about 20 years so when the Customer Service rep read from her "script" I said point blank - cut the crap, give me the bottomline. She almost seemed relieved and we had an honest conversation about what to expect. It is also in their best interest to assist you and help you sell as much as possible as they get a commission based on your sales. Which makes sense and also gives them the incentive to assist you with realistic goals. I've made back my initial investment but it has, by no means, been easy. But like anything, if it were that easy everyone would do it. I have always wanted to be my own boss and now I am. I work whatever hours I wish and I don't wake up with anxiety attacks anymore. Will I get rich? Probably not. Can I make a decent living without having the life drained out of me? Yes. My mother has become my "partner" and we work together to get our strategies together and network on different events to sell products. I hope this helps.
