i got my results today!!!! it took 65 days to process my modification! I am saving 456/mo and my interest went from 6.35% all the way to 2.25%!!!! Thank u so much spartan financial! I can honestly say i have never had any issues reaching any departments in this company and I am sincerely suprised they have complaints on here! i looked up their bbb report and they only have like 3 complaints and all are resolved so there must have been a valid reason for what happened in the other post or else they couldnt resolve the complaints on the bbb. I will for sure be recommending this company to anyone who needs help in these tough times.$3200 well spent (i had 2 mortgages nd a sale date so my fee was higher than some) i was nervouse of c ourse to send the money but after saying a prayer and reading that my money was refundable i took a leap of faith! feel free to message me any questions! god bless!
