Charged my credit card, has not processed my loan. Cannot get a response.

I initiated a mortgage refinance with Sovereign Lending Group on 10/24/2020 after seeing a commercial on TV advertising their mortgage rates. I completed the application process and uploaded all of the required documents to the loan originator by 10/26/2020. The refinance progressed as expected and I was notified on 12/15/2020 over the phone by the loan processor that the mortgage refinance would close between 12/16/2020 and 12/23/2020. On 12/15/2020 I reviewed the closing statement and discovered an error in the origination points. The error amounted to an overcharge of over $1,500. After raising issue with the loan processor, I have not been able to get a response in regard to my refinance in over 6 weeks. I have reached out over 15 times via phone and email to the loan officer, loan processor, and a sales manager but have not received a resolution.
I am lucky in that this was a refinance and Sovereign Lending Group did not prevent me from moving into a new home.
I have a high credit score, have not had any lapse or change in employment, and was only refinancing half of the market value of the property…
