Can't recommend Pierce Rainey, Loan Officer, Billie Shine, Loan Processor, and the team at Sovereign Lending more highly. I am a busy professional who needed the utmost expertise and efficiency to complete my first home purchase. I switched from another lender and I couldn't be happier... they were able to close my home purchase with a rate over a half percent better than the other lender and in just EIGHT DAYS! Realistically, it became clear to me that any home loan has many moving parts but I was surprised at how much they took care of behind the scenes, making the process feel smooth and stress-free.
