If I could describe Jane Grant in one word, it would be reliable. My fiancé and I bought our home last year in November 2009, when the housing market crashed and houses were at a all time low. Everybody was buying a home at that time and still now! Being a first time home buyer, trying to plan a wedding, and getting the house of our dreams was obviously going to be a challenge all on its own. We did some research to find our realtor and Jane Grant was the person to make our dream home a reality. She listened to all of our questions and always communicated with us, either by phone or email. She never left us in the dark and always made sure we understood everything that was going on. Not only was Jane Grant reliable she was always honest and always gave it 100%!!! Some realtors don’t like to take on short sale homes but Jane Grant did for us. We found the home that was our dream home and it was a short sale (let me tell you about short sales…there is nothing short about them!) Jane Grant was very persistent and didn’t give up til we got our home. I got my happy ending and the house of my dreams. Do your research to find your realtor or take my advice and choose Jane Grant!
P.S. Even after a year Jane still gives me advice and updates on my home, she has truly made the process of buying a home so easy!!!
