My husband and I hired this company to modify our loan in September 2009, and we did contact them off and on then we couldn't get any answers, but after beating around the bush phone calls we didn't contact them for two months thinking maybe we are just over reacting and they will contact us as soon as they know something, and we did get two other names of people of who to contact and they never really knew anything. Well come to find out in March of 2010 I got a visit at my home from a representative for Freddie Mac informing me U.S. Bank sold the house for auction on 3/5/10 and we had to call a number to make arrangements regarding the eviction. We are just a hard working family who were trying to get a modification on our morgtage. After speaking directly with attorney Hector Perez regarding a refund for the $4,500 we paid him his only answer was that his office provide a service to us. So pretty much tough luck. And even then when I called the attorney directly after speaking to John Reidl they didn't even know about the house being sold for auction. If anyone is considering this company for a modification I would not recommend this office at all. Now me and my family get to relocate, but I will leave judgement in the hands of God.
