Coastline loves to promise the moon, but delivers dust. They do not stand behind their products and will find every conceivable way to put you off...(oh, our scheduler is sick and we can't schedule an appointment. ...Oh, our scheduler is out of town and we can't... Oh, well, our guys were out there last week but I don't see any notes about follow-up... Oh, our scheduler is out today... Blah blah blah)until someone saying he is the owner gets on the phone and tells you your problem is exactly that --- YOUR PROBLEM.
Save yourself a problem and call another contractor.
