After I sent a wire transfer for the purchase price of the vehicle, Pre-Owned failed to return phone calls or produce the title. Finally, they admitted that the vehicle was not at the dealership. I have yet to get a refund, and they will not return phone calls or e-mails, and the president hung up on me last time I called to inquire. ** presently (10 days after I sent the wire transfer) they have sent a company check for the purchase price, but neglected to cover the cost of the Carfax they committed to cover. Because it is a company check instead of a cashier's check as they promised, a Canadian bank takes 20 business days to process the funds. Poor follow-through.
