BEWARE! Buyer beware - I was promised things I was NOT delivered on my BMW and called a LIAR about what they promised. Julia Quinn in finance and Rich Clark, a salesman, both lied about what they promised. Once they had SOLD the car to me, I was forced to go to the GM, Peter, for help. But Peter's right hand man, Mark Brodkin, blocked my calls from ever reaching him, so I am now forced to go to BMW North America for help, and have left a call with an attorney. All to get someone, with supposed 'integrity' to honor their word. What a shame, what is this world coming to? PLEASE be careful, and do NOT shop at South Bay BMW -- Cindy Ross 310.699.2747
