Solutions Now Loan Modifications, Inc contacted my husband and I and they wanted 395.00 for an appraisal and then another 300.00 when the paper work was ready to be submitted. Once they got the money no response from them until I got mad and nasty to them. HAS ANYONE EVER USED THEM AND HAD THEM DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO? I feel at this point that they are a scam rip off company. They should not have a star at all but, I can't get rid of it.
