Wrong (less expensive) merchandise received and no answer from Solisa!

I placed an order for an earpin set with stones on 8/17/11 and received a plain earpin set costing about $20 less than the one I ordered and paid for. I promptly contacted the telephone number included with the order and was greeted by what sounds like a home voicemail with a generic computer voice greeting. No company name announcements are made or anything identifying Solisa. I left voice and email messages for two weeks hoping that maybe the owners were on vacation or something. Well, now here we are almost 5 months later and no response from Solisa. I am so glad I did not send the ear pin back before attempting to reach them.
I hope this helps someone make an informed decision before ordering.
