I really need to warn everybody about this store and this person RJ Nguyen (manager) also known as THAI THI NIE UYEN/ UYEN NIE the owner of this place. But of course..he lied and said that he is NOT the owner and the owner live in LA. He is the worst person I ever encountered in my whole life. He double charged our card and refused to give it back. But it is very obvious that he got the money because it is showing on our bank statements the name SOFA AND MORE FURNITURE.
Delivered our furniture after 3 months, yelling at us everytime we call and asked where is the furniture. He get mad and asked us why we keep asking for our money back, because it is our banks fault for giving it..VERY FUNNY huh. Watch out for this kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't really mind the furniture not being delivered on time, but it is the attitude of this person RJ, how he teated his customer. Terrible. I won't be surprise if they changed the ownership and the name of their business again.
Any problem that anybody having just take your case to small claim court, in Temecula, because if you try to reverse your credit they will ask for letter from the merchant and I am telling you, RJ will refuse to do that. He will hide from you. Because he even try to refuse to accept our court order. He told his employee NOT to accept anything and he was hiding somewhere, I KNOW because when my server went to serve RJ, I was on the phone with RJ and that is only about 5 minutes before he get serve. He think that he can trick me or the US Court.
