I am amazed that this company is still in business because it seems like I am not the only person that has had this problem with it.
We tried to purchase a bed from this company and was told that the product needed to be ordered. That was ok because RJ said that it would be here before Christmas, but when we tried to have the product delivered before Christmas it was not going to be possible. He tried to make us pay for the product before he even had it in the store. We agreed to pay for half of the product and when the rest came in we would pay for the rest. RJ the person that we were dealing with hung the phone up on me several times. When he called and told us that the product was in his store we went there to pay for it and he said that he sent the items back. He was very rude and continued to hang the phone up. Then he told us that that he would reorder it but he could not tell us for sure when it would be in our home.
According to the Federal Trade Commission(Protecting America's Consumers) "By Law, a merchant should ship your order within the time stated in its ads or over the phone. If the merchant is unable to ship within the promised time, it must notify you by mail, telephone, or email, give a revised shipping date and give you the chance to cancel for a full refund or accept the new shipping date. The merchant must also give you some way to exercise the cancellation option for free" We will exercise this option because we could not get the items on the date promised & won't pay we will get our credit card company to reverse the charges.
